Spider Mk III „Aerodinamica“ (105/115), 1983 - 1989

In the summer of 1983, the Spider Aerodinamica was introduced, in keeping with the style of the 1980s with a lavish front and rear spoiler. This version had already been shown as a prototype in the 1970s, but with Pininfarina's assurance that the concept vehicle would not be built like this.
This time too, the public found a nickname for the model: “rubber lip”. This generation became the most successful in the history of the Spider, which, however, says less about the car than about the time in which it was built. Most manufacturers had taken open-top cars out of their range, and so convertible fans bought what was on offer.
