These oils are hardly treated. After the oil has been extracted from the ground, it is only distilled in the refineries and bottled for the customer. Because of this relatively simple production method, mineral oils are also among the most cost-effective oils.
Due to the little processing, there is a great deal of molecular chaos in mineral oils, everything that was not removed during the refining process is still in its place - this point will be very important later.
