Delta I (831), 1979 – 1994

The Lancia Delta 831 series is a compact station wagon from the Italian automobile manufacturer Lancia, which was produced from 1979 to 1994. It is the first of three models that were sold under the name Lancia Delta.
It is technically based on the Fiat Ritmo. In Sweden and Denmark the car was sold as the Saab Lancia 600. From 1982, Lancia had a notchback variant in its range called Prisma.
Based on the series Delta, several motorsport versions were created with which Lancia dominated, among other things, the World Rally Championship in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The Integrale versions are particularly well-known and fetch high five-figure prices on the classic car market 30 years after production ended.
