In 1979, Roger began his training at PORSCHE AG as an industrial mechanic, where he laid the foundation for becoming a vehicle manufacturer at the Porsche Development Center in Weissach!
He carried out active work in mold and body construction on models such as the legendary 956 for LeMans, the 959 for the Paris Dakar and the 924/944 GTS/GTR for the IMSA series.
At the well-known company Baur (BMW-Baur) he deepened his practical skills in body manufacturing and repairs, including the restoration of young and vintage cars, as well as in mold making parts for the BMW Baur Cabrio, Z1 & M1 vehicles produced there.
At Irmscher he got his first taste of the rally business with the Ascona 400.
Now, without the training period, there are over 41 years (!!!) of experience...
