It offers numerous applications – as a lubricant for machinery, battery terminals, bicycle parts, and as a leather conditioner. It protects metals and chrome-plated parts from corrosion. It can also be used as an insulator.
White Vaseline is an extremely pure, highly refined petrolatum. The specially developed refining process results in a snow-white petrolatum. The product offers the following special properties:
- Perfectly white color
- Completely odorless and tasteless
- Long-fibered structure
- Completely acid-free, so it does not attack seals or metals
- Resists the penetration of chemicals
